well.. it is

1 add a new Adjustment layer > Hue and Saturation.
Saturation: +25

2 Add another new Adjustment layer >> Selective Coloring.
Reds; 0, -14, -4, 0
Yellows; 0, 0, 0, 0
Cyans; 0, 0, 0, 0
Blues; 0, 0, 0, 0
Neutrals; 0, 0, 0, 0

3 Add another new Adjustment layer >> ... i'm not sure how it is in english (my photoshop is in russian) - you have to make it lighter (this option looks like curve and when you change it -you make pic lighter) so input must be about 60, and output about 100

4 add a new Adjustment layer > Hue and Saturation.
Saturation: +21

5 Add another new Adjustment layer >> Selective Coloring.
Reds; 0, 0, 0, 0
Yellows; 0, 0, 0, 0
Cyans; 0, 0, 0, 0
Blues; 0, 0, 0, 0
Neutrals; -2, 0, 0, -3
blacks: 0, 0, 0, +4

6 again this curve option...make lighter (input about 50, output about 110)


7 Add another new Adjustment layer >> Selective Coloring.
Reds; +26, 0, +25, 0
Yellows; 0, 0, 0, 0
Cyans; 0, 0, 0, 0
Blues; 0, 0, 0, 0
Neutrals; -2, 0, 0, -3
blacks: 0, 0, 0, +4

8 add this texture http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a82/dirsi1011/2007-part-2/04.png

use Linear Burn for it and make opacity as much as you need
